Yes and also Tom Gulas and Dave Garnet on contra and the year is 71 Scarboro Princemen

In 71 the name was still Firefighters, not princemen till 72. The flags are a tip that this is 72 as the 71 flags were Scarboro not the plain ones

I think your right it was 72.. it was the year I joined and the flag poles had coloured knobs at the top to match the colour of the flag
