I have to agree with Anon #1 - even at rehearsals the national flag should be carried using proper protocol--always!!! !

Unless protocol has changed - no person can be forward of the National Colors other than a commanding officer (Drum Major or guard captain in this case..) None of the colours are past the National Flag so there is no violation.

Yes AND the National Flag should always be to the right, all other flags carried in the national party are to either be to the left or behind the National Colours
