Some help here who are all these Dm's-Del(who won) Opti, Preston or is this the nationals?

Second and third from the right are Paul Bauer of Scout House and Buddy LaTour of Grantham.
|
|
|||

I don't know who won since I have no idea where this photo was taken. Al Morrison was Opti's DM in 1961 so it was taken in 1961. As a guess, I'd suggest the 1961 Ontario Championships.
