This is not age-outs because Mike Layton marched in 1961. The Downtown Toronto Optimists Club started sponsoring the parade corps in 1955 and 5-years were first distributed in 1960. If this was 5 year rings Ed Nanni should be in the photo. Life has many puzzles and this is one of them.
