Ric Brown, John O'Leary, Steve & Rick Cooper, Bernie Roelcke, Steve Jarvis, a couple of Gilberts (?) and the kid with the braces in the front behind the trophy on the left is Greg Oxenham.

I don't recognize every face, but I believe this is the '68/'69 Circuit Guard. Ric Brown, John O'Leary, Steve & Rick Cooper, Bernie Roelke, Steve Jarvis, a couple of Gilberts (?) and the funny looking kid with the braces in the front behind the trophy on the left is Greg Oxenham.

This is the 1969 Circuit Guard after winning the second straight National Championship.
