I now think Mike Thys has made the right call on these '62 Grey Cup Parade photos.
Colin Hedworth (R.I.P.)is not in the drum line. Colin and I aged out end of '62.
Also, I don't think I ever marched a street parade with more than 6 horns abreast.
Mike probably has it right. This is the '63 Corps marching in the '62 Parade.

Like all late-year parades I'd describe this as more of a hybrid. These parades always include some of the members from the previous year plus some of them from the following year; however, the parades never include everyone from either year. For example, the guard is missing a number of the members of the 1963 guard, Russ Jarvis is missing from the drumline, etc.
